How do you insert the rods so that the players are facing the proper direction?
A   There is a drawing in each instruction booklet which shows the men with their heads facing downward and their backs facing the goal.

How do you put the rod grips on so they do not crack/split?
A   Windex or soap and water solution can be placed on the rods or inside the grip, then the grip is placed on the rod and gently tapped on with a hammer while tightly holding the rod.

The bolts will not attach/go into the pre-mounted cross barrel nuts.
A   Cross barrel nuts must be properly aligned so the threads engage the bolts. Make sure the slot on the cross barrel nut is aimed at the bolt, not turned in any way.

Cannot get the leg holes to align when trying to put leg bolts through the cabinet.
A   Go back and loosen all cabinet bolts slightly to give you some "wiggle room". Tighten all bolts when assembly is completed.

Playfield does not slide in smoothly.
A   Check to be sure you have not over-tightened any screws or the Playfield is not caught by the slot.

How do I add new players to the player rod?
A   Player Requiring Nut And Bolt.

1. Remove the old player buy loosing the bolt and removing the nut from the back of the player.
2. Set the nut and bolt to the side so you do not misplace them.
3. Slide the old player off the rod.
4. Now slide the new player onto the rod into the place you removed the old player and line up the holes in the player with the holes in the rod.
5. Place the nut in the back of the player THEN thread the bolt thru the front and tighten.
6. If the replacement player has a slightly larger opening for the rod than your old player it will still work. Just make sure to put the nut in before you attach the bolt.


Player Requiring Only The Bolt.

1. Remove the old player buy removing the bolt and setting the bolt to the side to reuse.
2. Slide the old player off and replace with the new player and line up the holes.
3. Replace the bolt and tighten.
