Q |
My pucks do not float or slide well. |
| A | Check to be sure the surface is clean. Try spraying furniture polish into a cloth and wipe down the table. (Do not spray directly onto the table as this may clog the holes. Make sure that the motor is on when wiping cloth.) Check that the pucks are flat, not warped or chipped. Try sanding them down with very fine sandpaper. Check to make sure the area is clean and that the holes are not clogged with anything. |

Q |
Why is there no air coming from the surface? |
| A | 1. Check all surface holes to make sure they are not blocked. If you see a consistent blockage of holes please call us for further instructions 2. If you notice slight a blockage (example: wax, dust) use a toothpick or other such object to try to clear the holes. Do this with the blowers on in order to help push anything that might be caught in the hole out. 3. Now check your fans. Some tables have one fan and some have two. Feel the direction of the air. If the air is blowing towards the ground please remove that fan and check to see if the fan was installed upside down or if the blade in the fan was installed upside down. a. If the fan itself is installed upside down, flip and reinstall. b. If the blade is installed upside down, depending on the model you should be able to open the fan and flip the blade. Then reinstall on the table. |
